Moser Speck S.r.l.Moser Speck OHG was founded in 1974 by the brothers Adolf and Walter Moser in Plaus. At that time, Walter Moser worked in the accounting department of a large industrial company, while Adolf Moser was a Master Butcher in the food sector. They decided to pool their skills and experience, and the Moser Company was born. Today, both brothers are still active in the company as presidents. The founders' sons, Peter and Andreas Moser, are in charge of business operations. Andreas and Peter have been our partners since the foundation of the company in 2006. |

Roner S.p.A.The Roner distillery is situated among sunny orchards and vineyards, in the south of South Tyrol, in the wine-growing village of Tramin. It is a family-run company, which predominately distills exclusive grappas and fruit distillates, and produces high quality liqueurs. The high quality of the raw materials, the use of the most modern techniques and following clear distillation rules, that have been handed down from generation to generation, allow Roner to produce highest quality distillates renowned for their genuine and natural characteristics. The production process follows all the old traditional rules, with a double distillation carried out in stills that have steam-heated external coats. This procedure allows the intensity and the softness of the grape-marks and fruit to remain unaltered. The unique characteristics of the South Tyrolean vineyards are highly expressed in the grappas thanks to the use of only fresh and high quality grape-mark. |

Fuchs J OHGIn Italy’s northernmost reaches, just a few kilometers from Austria and Switzerland in the Upper Venosta Valley, with its wide open spaces and summits that gaze the magical limit of 4000 m silhouetted against the sky Fuchs has been producing cereals and breads since its foundation over 80 years ago. The company has for the first time exhibited at Asia’s most important food fair, the Foodex Japan, in March 2007 and is on the brink of importing it’s cereals into the Japanese market! |

Forst BeerIn 1857 two businessmen from Merano established a new brewery, the Forst Brewery. The choice on the place fell on Forst (Foresta in Italian) locality that offered and still offers excellent water. A curiosity is that due to its special location it is possible to harvest and store natural ice during the winter, which comes handy during the long and hot summer when it is used to cool the cellar! In 1863, with the passage of the property to Josef Fuchs, he began that dynasty that continues still today, being now in its 4th generation and still offering Italy’s most famous beer. The Forst Brewery is not only a place of production but also a place of for the society as a whole. Here in the shade of majestic trees people of all ages and races discuss and enjoy life accompanied by a cool glass of Forst Beer! Cheers! |
